What
should I wear?
- Clothing must meet school dress
code (which means shorts are at least finger-tip length and shirts have wide
shoulder straps).
- Sun screen, hats, and glasses are
suggested.
- Bathing suits are obviously not
appropriate for school.
- A watch is useful so that you
make it to your events on time.
What should I bring?
- Bring money for snacks and
drinks.
- Feel free to bring a beach towel
or picnic blanket for "chillin'" when your events are not going on.
What are the
lunch plans?
- We will be providing lunch for
you.
- All other food/snacks/drinks must
be purchased. Please do not bring large bills. Ones and change
are appreciated.
Where
will team day be located?
- All events will be in the stadium. You will report to the field with your 1st period teacher at
8:45 AM.
- You may NOT leave the field for
any reason EXCEPT with the permission of Mrs. Johnson. She will have
the passes at the snack sales table.
- If you violate any rules, dress
in violation of the dress code, or
behave in an unsafe manner, you will be immediately sent to Mrs. Johnson's
room for BIR the remainder of the day.
How do I
sign up for an event?
- Sign-ups occur during recess
Thursday, Friday, and Monday.
- You do not have to sign-up with
your homeroom. You can sign up with anyone! Create your own
teams!
- Kickball team sign ups are handled through Mr.
Marialke.
- When an event is full, no one
else can sign up for that event.
- You may not sign up anyone other
than yourself!
- If an event doesn't fill up, you can
just show up at that event on field day and participate. Students who signed up will compete first and write-ins can compete as there
is time or space.
What events
will we have?

If you have a time conflict,
you'll just have to wing it. :0)
to see the full list of events. Many have limitations on team size and
gender of each member!
New events this year include
"Combo Chaos," opening a locker in the shortest time, and "Minute
to Win It," 60-second challenges taken from the popular new game
show. Feel free to practice!
