My apologies, but I've taken a negative turn with illness and can't be with you today.  It is my expectation that when you have a guest teacher that you treat them as a guest.  Consequences will be severe for anyone who is reported to me for any reason.  You are usually awesome kiddos so I don't expect there to be any issues.

Agenda:

1)  You may take up to ten minutes to review quietly and individually.

ALL STUDENTS are to take the test today even if you have recently been absent.  We have had no new content since 8/31, so you are expected to be prepared for today's assessment.

2)  Take your test:

        a)  you may use scratch paper and/or a calculator,

        b)  turn in your scratch paper after you finish your test, and

        c)  be sure you know the secret word before you start the test.

3)  After your test, work on any research necessary for your Mystery in Alaska presentation.  (Please remember to incorporate the few students who were absent yesterday into one of your groups.)  AFTER all students have finished their test, your group may work together, but until that point, you must work alone silently.
